Regional Sales Manager
Dynatron Software, Inc.
• Drive Regional Growth: Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Minnesota, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. • Full Sales Ownership: Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales. • Territory Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. • Leverage mapping and planning tools to maximize in-market efficiency and impact. • Dealer Engagement: Engage directly with dealership decision-makers, conducting multiple in-person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions. • Pipeline & CRM Excellence: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM. Ensure all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documented. • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go-to-market initiatives. Participate in weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing Allego training sessions to continuously sharpen your skills. • Team & Culture Champion: Represent Dynatron’s Core Values of Urgency, Results, Accountability, Positivity, and Success-Driven Excellence in every interaction with clients, partners, and peers.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations, with a strong understanding of dealership service departments.
- Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchasing decisions.
- Skilled at managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence, including prospecting, presentations, and deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably SugarCRM) and sales technology platforms.
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all catering inquiries for the restaurants in your district. • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online submissions to assist guests with catering orders. • Provide detailed information about our catering menu, pricing, and service options while embodying the Aloha spirit. • Answer customer questions, make recommendations, and upsell catering packages when appropriate. • Process and confirm all catering orders with accuracy, ensuring all necessary details (guest count, dietary needs, delivery/pickup times, etc.) are recorded correctly. • Coordinate order and delivery fulfillment with your Mo' Bettahs location. • Communicate effectively with your general manager and the team to ensure timely preparation and delivery. • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. • Maintain a catering order log and track key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, and repeat business. • Work closely with each restaurant's leadership to optimize the catering process. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience. • Assist in resolving any issues related to catering orders, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
