• Own and grow a book of facility accounts, driving revenue against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Prospect and qualify new facility opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, industry events, and inbound leads. • Build long-term relationships with aquatics directors, facility managers, coaches, purchasing agents, and other decision-makers. • Consult with facilities to understand their programming, headcount, seasonal cycles, and budgets, then recommend the right product mix. • Prepare quotes, proposals, and bulk/team orders; manage pricing within approved guidelines. • Coordinate with customer service, operations, and fulfillment to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and a smooth account experience. • Manage the pipeline and account activity in the CRM, keeping records, forecasts, and next steps current. • Handle contract renewals, reorders, and account issues, resolving problems quickly to protect and grow the relationship. • Stay current on product lines, new arrivals, and category trends to advise customers credibly. • Partner with marketing and leadership on facility-focused promotions and initiatives. • Represent SwimOutlet at trade shows, aquatic conferences, and regional events as needed.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close for large commercial and institutional accounts • Build a targeted pipeline across priority segments • Negotiate pricing, volume tiers, and contract terms • Serve as the strategic point of contact for enterprise clients • Represent SwimOutlet at trade shows and industry events • Forecast accurately and maintain clean records in the CRM
• Own the Swim Team Store roadmap • Prioritize features and improvements • Deeply understand customers by engaging directly with them • Prototype and validate quickly using relevant tools • Drive cross functional execution with partner teams • Elevate the experience of the platform • Define and track KPIs to measure success • Align product initiatives with strategic goals
• Own the Swim Team Store roadmap • Prioritize features and improvements to optimize team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment. • Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover their needs and pain points. • Use tools like Lovable, Claude, Claude Design to rapidly bring ideas to life, test with real users, and iterate based on feedback. • Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless product releases. • Ensure the platform feels trustworthy, frictionless, and inspiring, capturing SwimOutlet’s spirit as the go to swim partner. • Define and track KPIs including adoption, NPS, retention, and team order value, and use data to refine and prioritize. • Align product initiatives with SwimOutlet’s strategic goals, ensuring both ROI and customer impact.
• Drive sales growth by prospecting, outreach, and relationship management with swim teams. • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings. • Collaborate with vendors, colleagues, and other departments to deliver solutions. • Analyze team needs and recommend products to optimize performance. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM. • Travel within designated territory to support client relationships.
