Role Description Our client is seeking an IT veteran in the Oracle Cloud Financials space. - Must have experience leading at least 1 large Cloud Application Implementation. - Extremely strong Financials/Accounting/General Ledger experience. - Experience in a leadership capacity managing Cloud ERP Applications. - Must be able and willing to get your hands dirty and dig into the details with the team when needed. - Looking for someone who can build on and continuously improve processes. - Experience with Change Management. - Be creative in finding solutions thinking outside the box. - Business Process Mapping. - Excellent communication skills with a persuasive personality. Interview Process includes interviewing with the CTO, the CFO, and the VP of Finance. Qualifications - 15 years' overall experience. - 5 years' managing teams.
