• Own and Evolve the ROI Story • Build, maintain, and continuously refine the core IntelliSep economic model and value narrative, incorporating new clinical evidence, coding and reimbursement changes, and customer-specific data as they become available • Translate clinical outcomes data (length of stay, mortality, antibiotic timing, resource utilization) into financial terms that resonate with health system CFOs, CMOs, and CQOs • Maintain a set of modular ROI tools (calculators, one-pagers, board-ready decks) that can flex to a given system's payer mix, cost structure, and sepsis program KPIs • Engage with Hospital System Executive Leadership • Serve as Cytovale's primary voice on economic value in front of hospital system C-suite and finance leadership, including CFOs, VPs of revenue cycle, and quality/finance committees

• Serve as SI’s recognized technical leader for steam turbine and generator engineering, asset life assessment, and integrity consulting. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of steam turbine generator engineers, fostering technical development, collaboration, and long-term capability building. • Guide strategic consulting engagements that help clients extend asset life, improve reliability, resolve complex failures, and make informed risk-based decisions. • Provide technical direction for advanced engineering evaluations involving fracture mechanics, creep, fatigue, thermal and stress analysis, and finite element methods. • Shape the quality and technical credibility of client deliverables, proposals, reports, and recommendations. • Build trusted client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help expand SI’s presence in the steam turbine generator market. • Partner on proposal strategy, scope development, and project planning to position SI for continued success. • Collaborate with engineering, nondestructive examination, materials, and business development teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients. • Represent SI with clients and in industry forums, conferences, and user groups to strengthen market visibility and technical reputation. • Help shape the future of the practice through planning, process improvement, and the development of differentiated consulting capabilities.

• Lead development of study protocols, analysis plans, and study reports to answer research questions of priority to RWE • Lead, design, and manage epidemiological, biomarker and/or data science projects • Lead, plan, design, and conduct analyses for internal and external decision making (e.g., responses to regulatory authorities, rapid analyses of safety queries) • Lead the identification of fit-for-purpose data for the timely execution of the RWE strategy • Constructed cohorts using RWD sources (e.g., claims, EHR) and evaluate key variables, including diagnosis and procedures codes, and plan validation studies as needed • Contribute to the communication of observational research results and methods, including development of pertinent sections of regulatory documents, reports, publications, white papers • Support the effective communication of study/analysis results to support internal and external decisions • Coauthor abstracts and manuscripts for external dissemination of methodologic study results • Contribute to the development of processes and training aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and impact of functional activities • Technical Expertise o Observational research methods (both Primary and Secondary), deep knowledge of biostatistics and analysis methods, understanding of regulatory processes, • Ability to design studies independently, (ie ability to translate research questions to create study design)
