Role Description We're building a global network of independent content creators who can capture authentic, high-quality social content wherever our clients need it. This isn't a traditional production role. You won't be working with large crews, extensive equipment, or lengthy production schedules. Instead, you'll be trusted to move quickly, work independently, and create engaging photo and video content using lightweight gear—often just your phone. Whether it's covering an event, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, documenting a brand activation, or creating social-first content, you'll receive a creative direction or mood board and have the freedom to execute with minimal supervision. We're looking for creators who know how to tell a story, move fast, and consistently deliver content that's ready for today's social platforms. What You'll Be Doing - Your primary responsibility will be capturing compelling photo and video content for clients and events in your local market. - Responsibilities include: - Covering live events, activations, product launches, conferences, and brand experiences. - Producing short-form photo and video content optimized for social media platforms. - Working from a creative brief or mood board while bringing your own creative eye to the execution. - Capturing a variety of content, including candid moments, environmental shots, interviews, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes footage. - Delivering organized, high-quality content within tight turnaround times. - Working independently on location with minimal direction or supervision. - Communicating clearly with project managers before, during, and after assignments. - Maintaining professional standards while representing Invisible Colors and its clients. Qualifications - Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or other social platforms. - Filming with a smartphone, mirrorless camera, or other lightweight production equipment. - Basic photography and videography skills, including framing, composition, lighting, and movement. - Editing short-form content using mobile or desktop editing tools. - Working from mood boards, creative references, or brand guidelines. - Managing your own schedule and working independently. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and reliability. What Success Looks Like - Producing engaging content that aligns with the creative vision while requiring minimal oversight. - Delivering high-quality assets quickly and consistently. - Capturing authentic moments that feel native to modern social platforms. - Being a reliable local creator that clients and project teams can trust. - Helping Invisible Colors deliver global content production without the cost and complexity of traveling full production teams. Bonus Points - Event photography or videography. - Content creation for brands, agencies, or marketing campaigns. - Drone footage (where licensed and permitted). - Mobile editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush. - Mirrorless camera systems and lightweight production kits. - Livestream or real-time event coverage. - Working with creative agencies or production companies. Why Join Invisible Colors? We're rethinking how content gets created. Instead of flying production teams around the world, we're building a trusted network of talented local creators who can produce authentic, social-first content wherever our clients need it. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands, events, and creative projects while enjoying the flexibility of freelance work and the freedom to create using the tools you already know. If you're someone who can show up, create great content with minimal direction, and consistently deliver, we'd love to have you as part of our global creator network.
