Role Description As a Senior Financial Analyst your primary focus will be collaborating with Underwriting, Risk Management, and Accounting teams to manage and oversee the financial operations of group captive insurance companies. - Lead in the financial management of group captive insurance companies. - Perform financial analysis on behalf of clients, and provide consultation to clients around analytical findings. - Establish and develop long term relationships with clients and external service providers such as actuaries, tax advisors, auditors, investment managers, bankers, carriers and TPAs. - Prepare and present financial materials for Board of Directors meetings of group captive insurance companies managed by Artex. - Manage process improvement projects, and also act as an analytical or procedural expert to represent the team on cross-functional process and project deliverables. - Assist in the formation and management of new group captive insurance companies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience. - Proficiency with software programs, such as Excel, and mathematical calculations. - Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel. - Basic understanding of insurance concepts. - Excellent oral and written communication ability.
