The Role We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to own fulfillment of all creator requests from our Creative Team. This person will be dedicated to ensuring all requests are successfully shared and fulfilled with the most appropriate creator from our network. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, can build meaningful relationships, and works comfortably across multiple projects at once. - Work with Creator Sourcing Team to evaluate potential creators for brand alignment, audience fit, and long-term value - Identify creators to fulfill weekly content brief requests from Creative Strategists - Ownership of organization across all partners management tool (UGC & ambassador) - Ensure all product requests are sent out/ coordinated with CS team - UGC/content weekly reporting and updates
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management
- Working knowledge of creator management processes including email outreach, contracts, and content organization
- Familiarity with tools like GSuite, ClickUp, Grin, Shopify, Frame, Atria and similar platforms
- Familiarity with paid ads and whitelisting
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Role Overview The Manager, Corporate FP&A will serve as a critical partner to the VP, Corporate FP&A and will assist in enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting/analysis, and performance management. This role partners closely with the functional leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, ensure financial rigor/agility, communicate a clear and credible financial narrative to internal and external stakeholders, and align enterprise goals with operational excellence. This role will assist in company-wide planning, long-range strategic planning, financial storytelling, capital allocation framework, reporting consolidation, and governance around the Financial Reporting System while partnering closely with Operational FP&A leaders who support day-to-day execution within business unit and functional groups. What You Will Do Enterprise Financial Planning: Assist in preparation of company-wide planning (annual budget and rolling-forecast); maintain and update models and infrastructure in Adaptive, help establish forecasting assumptions, guardrails, and methodologies; consolidate bottom-up inputs into a cohesive enterprise view with relevant analysis and risks/opportunities. Long-Range & Strategic Planning: Assist in preparation of multi-year long-range planning and scenario modeling; evaluate growth, margin, and investment trade-offs; support strategic initiatives modeling. Capital Allocation & Resource Management: Partner with functional leadership to guide capital allocation decisions (headcount planning, investment prioritization, cost structure optimization, etc.).
