onXonX is a distributed company with more than 400 employees across the country. We come together regularly to work in person and stay connected through regional basecamps and a culture that balances individual ownership with deep collaboration. While we move quickly, we’re not a scrappy start-up. We operate with clear goals, structure, and frameworks that guide how we prioritize and execute. Clear priorities and structure don’t limit ownership - they make it possible. You’ll have the autonomy to define your work and make meaningful decisions within clear strategic boundaries.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field. - Five (5) or more years of experience in finance, strategy, or operations. - Strong ability to partner with leaders across the company and drive outcomes together. - Desire to learn and grow, constant learning mindset. - Ability to travel monthly or quarterly for multiple days (primarily to Bozeman or Missoula). - Experience with core analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, etc). - Strong reading and writing skills; onX is primarily a document-driven company and you will read/write documents in narrative format regularly. - A desire to learn and leverage AI tools. - Self-starter with a drive for excellence, the ability to build strong working relationships, and motivate others to achieve their best performance. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills. - Experience in a SaaS business is strongly preferred, especially B2C. - A service-oriented individual who continually challenges the status quo and focuses on continuous improvement. - Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment. - Ability to lead, work independently, and work in a team environment. - A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values. - Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX.
