• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements. • Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations. • Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail. • Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required. • Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. • Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair. • Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork. • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service. • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers. • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-5 year's experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.
- Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
- Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
- Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
- Ability to work alone.

Role Description As a Pharmacy Technician at Dragonfly Health, you will: - Accurately perform prescription data entry. - Build and maintain accurate medication profiles and MARs (Medication Administration Records) for IPU patients. - Understand and apply IPU model variations and profiling requirements for hospice partners. - Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring timely follow-up where needed. - Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions. - Maintain accurate and precise call log documentation for all interactions. - Coordinate with local pharmacies on claim adjudication for emergency needs. Qualifications - Current PA or TN Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing preferred. - 2+ years of pharmacy technician data entry experience; managed care or PBM experience preferred. - Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design, formularies, and claim adjudication. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service delivery. - Ability to balance efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. - High School Diploma or equivalent.
