Role Description As a Pharmacy Technician at Dragonfly Health, you will: - Accurately perform prescription data entry. - Build and maintain accurate medication profiles and MARs (Medication Administration Records) for IPU patients. - Understand and apply IPU model variations and profiling requirements for hospice partners. - Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring timely follow-up where needed. - Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions. - Maintain accurate and precise call log documentation for all interactions. - Coordinate with local pharmacies on claim adjudication for emergency needs. Qualifications - Current PA or TN Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing preferred. - 2+ years of pharmacy technician data entry experience; managed care or PBM experience preferred. - Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design, formularies, and claim adjudication. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service delivery. - Ability to balance efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. - High School Diploma or equivalent. • Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing and replacing components or entire systems • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, and test for proper operation • Be responsible for responding promptly/timely to Power/Generator alarms • Perform work with the awareness of all potential hazards connected with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert, recognized by internal teams, clients, and retail partners for deep product knowledge, operational excellence, and procedural accuracy. • Represent the company professionally in-store, ensuring customer teams are fully equipped to handle department complexities and operational standards. • Travel independently to assigned retail locations, planning store visits in advance with clear objectives, agendas, and desired outcomes. • Communicate effectively before, during, and after store visits, coordinating resources, providing progress updates, and delivering visit recaps to stakeholders. • Support new store openings, remodels, and resets, including: - Assisting with setting cases to plan-o-grams - Training associates on plan-o-gram execution and production standards - Providing production support to meet volume needs before and after openings • Execute and maintain new item setups, seasonal transitions, and ongoing plan-o-gram updates based on business needs. • Maintain program documentation, merchandising tools, and category-specific manuals to support consistent execution. • Develop and deliver reporting and insights, including: - Store visit reports - Monthly category performance reports with trend analysis and seasonal recommendations - Annual category reviews and ad-hoc analysis as needed • Collaborate regularly with merchandisers and leadership, sharing updates, introducing new programs or items, and aligning on execution strategies. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and client objectives.
