We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our CGI team! Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of D365 F&O solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. Lead and support end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Act as a functional subject matter expert for one or more D365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail, Project Operations). Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs). Configure D365 F&O modules in accordance with business needs and Microsoft best practices. Collaborate closely with technical consultants and developers to support customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect triage, and resolution. Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance on system capabilities and process optimization.
• Synthesize and formulate guidance from a variety of information levels and sources (technical, business, field, external) and regularly present key takeaways to the field and to senior leadership • Provide a field-actionable, in-depth and ever-evolving understanding and analysis of cloud security market relative to CrowdStrike solutions and capabilities • Provide tailored deal support (competitive surgeries & guidance), and develop a deep rapport with the field • Work closely with the rest of the Competitive Intelligence team at CrowdStrike, as well as other key stakeholders (including the office of the CTO, sales, product, and marketing teams), functioning as a primary liaison for cloud security competition which includes development of competitive support material and competitive readiness plans. • Make recommendations on sales tactics and product strategy to enable CrowdStrike to win in the market. • Be a self-starter with an ownership mentality. You will work autonomously in the development of project plans, requirements, timelines, content, and ongoing tracking/updates of the cloud competitive landscape. • Conduct win/loss analysis, using both quantitative and qualitative data source to determine why CrowdStrike wins and loses vs the competition
Serve as a primary technical resource supporting sales representatives, licensees, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through construction. Provide preliminary and detailed technical guidance on retaining wall systems, foundations, and related precast solutions. Assist with project-specific calculations, layouts, and design assumptions to support specifications and bids. Participate in customer meetings, lunch-and-learns, site visits, and presentations to explain product capabilities, design considerations, and constructibility advantages. Develop, update, and maintain technical content that supports sales and customer success, including: Design manuals and technical bulletins Product specifications and construction details Installation guides and best-practice documents Project case studies highlighting successful applications Support and train customers on the use of retaining wall analysis and layout software (e.g., Redi-Rock Wall +, SRWall, MSEW, or similar tools). Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams on testing initiatives to validate performance and expand system capabilities. Help define testing objectives, assist with execution, analyze results, and summarize findings in clear, customer-facing reports. Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, including soil and rock mechanics, shallow foundations, and slope stability. Working knowledge of retaining wall analysis, design, and construction practices. Experience using retaining wall or geotechnical analysis software (Redi-Rock Wall+, SRWall, MSEW, or similar). Familiarity with the construction industry and the roles of engineers, contractors, owners, and material suppliers. Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout development and construction details. Ability to analyze technical data and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical, or related focus preferred). 3-7+ years of relevant engineering or construction-related experience. Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) required; Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred. Blend engineering expertise with customer interaction and sales impact.
