Serve as a primary technical resource supporting sales representatives, licensees, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through construction. Provide preliminary and detailed technical guidance on retaining wall systems, foundations, and related precast solutions. Assist with project-specific calculations, layouts, and design assumptions to support specifications and bids. Participate in customer meetings, lunch-and-learns, site visits, and presentations to explain product capabilities, design considerations, and constructibility advantages. Develop, update, and maintain technical content that supports sales and customer success, including: Design manuals and technical bulletins Product specifications and construction details Installation guides and best-practice documents Project case studies highlighting successful applications Support and train customers on the use of retaining wall analysis and layout software (e.g., Redi-Rock Wall +, SRWall, MSEW, or similar tools). Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, including soil and rock mechanics, shallow foundations, and slope stability. Familiarity with the construction industry and the roles of engineers, contractors, owners, and material suppliers. Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout development and construction details. Ability to analyze technical data and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
