• Own the end-to-end success of solutions within an assigned value stream or product domain. • Bridge business and technical worlds to guide discovery, development, and delivery of solutions. • Act as a player-coach, facilitating alignment and removing obstacles for the team. • Translate organizational objectives into a clear vision and roadmap for the assigned value stream. • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and client impact. • Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies. • Apply working knowledge of MEP engineering workflows to accelerate discovery. • Oversee project execution within the team; planning, prioritization, and progress tracking. • Define acceptance criteria and measure success using quantitative and qualitative data. • Mentor team members and contribute to the refinement of delivery frameworks.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in MEP Design Engineering, Construction Administration, Commissioning, or Construction.
- 2+ years in software, consulting, product management, or solution delivery.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit as a user or in a support/QA/training context.
- Comfort navigating the tool and understanding how MEP teams use it day-to-day is more important than deep technical proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean delivery principles.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience managing client expectations and balancing multiple priorities.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across multiple teams and drive the design and execution of complex, cross-cutting engineering initiatives. As a Staff engineer you will be a key technical voice in shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and helping the organization deliver ambitious technical roadmaps.
