Vous aurez ainsi les missions principales suivantes : - Veiller à l’adéquation de la doctrine et des moyens financiers du programme avec les besoins artistiques, opérationnels et financiers du secteur de l’architecture et du paysage. - Proposer des ajustements de la politique de mécénat Architecture & Paysage articulée autour de 3 axes : - Axe 1 : soutien aux projets environnementaux - Axe 2 : soutien aux projets de valorisation du patrimoine - Axe 3 : soutien aux projets dédiés aux jeunes publics - Instruire les dossiers de candidature pour les 2 appels à projets annuels du programme Architecture & Paysage (analyse d’éligibilité puis analyse de la qualité / solidité du dossier). - Présenter les projets aux comités de mécénat composés d’experts externes du secteur et présidés par la Directrice du mécénat. - Assurer le suivi opérationnel et financier des projets. - Développer une politique de partenariats avec des institutions-clés du secteur pour agir sur des enjeux systémiques ou dans une logique d’essaimage territorial. - Effectuer un suivi des lauréats du programme Architecture & Paysage (~45 / an) à travers des rencontres avec les porteurs de projet et la participation à des événements organisés par les lauréats. - Proposer un accompagnement extra-financier des lauréats sur des enjeux essentiels au secteur (ex : webinaire de sensibilisation à la transition écologique). - Contribuer à la communication du programme dans le cadre du plan de communication du Mécénat (rédaction de textes pour Intranet, Internet et réseaux sociaux, gestion de notre communication dans les supports des partenaires, dossiers de presse, interviews). - Représenter la Caisse des Dépôts à des événements externes ou internes liés à votre programme. - Assurer la sélection et le suivi des contreparties proposées aux collaborateurs de la CDC. - Apporter aide, conseils et appui sur les sujets liés au programme Architecture & Paysage auprès des chargés de mécénat des Directions régionales. - Être le tuteur de l’apprenti dédié au programme et faciliter son intégration, définir ses objectifs et évaluer ses missions.
