Role Description Sussex County Community College is seeking highly qualified and motivated candidates interested in teaching LEGA120 - Family Law. This course will be held Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:10pm for the Fall 2026 semester, and is scheduled to be delivered remotely. Adjunct Instructors are responsible for providing high-quality delivery of course content to students in accordance with course competencies and College policies, using a variety of instructional techniques, strategies, and modalities/delivery methods. - Preparing and providing course instruction and conducting classes in accordance with the philosophy of the college and within the scope of a defined course of study. - Assisting students with coursework. - Assessing student performance including but not limited to critiquing and evaluating student course work, taking attendance, grading assignments, projects, and exams in a timely fashion, and assisting students in achieving successful outcomes. - Adhering to administrative time lines for submission of attendance, grades and other required documents. - Ability to teach evening classes in a remote or face-to-face classroom environment. - Ability to use technology and interactive electronic materials to support teaching and learning, including Microsoft Suite programs. - Ability to schedule office hours for student appointments. Qualifications - Juris Doctor degree, actively licensed in the State of New Jersey. - Two to five years legal experience in family law, matrimonial law, child custody, etc. - Experience working with Paralegals in a legal setting. - Experience teaching in a remote environment preferred. - Prior teaching experience preferred. - The Learning Management System (LMS) that we use is Canvas. Prior knowledge of Canvas or similar learning platform is preferred. - Although not a requirement, strong technical and computer proficiency is recommended. Role Description SAIC is seeking a T-6 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Air Force Customer. This is a part-time/hourly position, working roughly 20 hrs a week. Position is fully remote but will involve routine travel.
