Training Logistics Coordinator

Role Description The Training Logistics Coordinator is responsible for processing and administering public and enterprise programmes, coordinating logistical arrangements for both virtual and in-person training. Key responsibilities include: - Communicating effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure programme success. - Providing client support via phone and email. - Record-keeping and information processing across a variety of software platforms. - Managing high volumes of data with accuracy and precision. This position requires a proactive approach, sensitivity to the time-critical nature of logistics planning and execution, and a sense of urgency to ensure prompt responses to client enquiries. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to effectively solve internal and external problems by applying informed, logical, and service-focused decision recommendations. Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial in order to deliver an excellent customer experience. Qualifications - Previous experience in a customer service, administration or events management role. - Professional competency in English and at least one European language is preferred. Requirements - Language Requirements: Native French, Fluent/Native English. - Strong attention to detail. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced user of MS Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint. - Culturally aware - able to adapt communication style as appropriate to ensure exceptional customer service. - Knowledge of using supporting tools and platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Credly, Dataloader, Zoom, Prosci Portal, GetFeedback). Role Description SAIC is seeking a T-6 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Air Force Customer. This is a part-time/hourly position, working roughly 20 hrs a week. Position is fully remote but will involve routine travel.
