• Research topics, trends, keywords, and competitors to identify valuable video opportunities. • Develop video concepts, outlines, and scripts for the Hostinger Academy YouTube channel. • Build websites, apps, or other hands-on examples that support the videos you create. • Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, presenters, editors, and the wider YouTube team throughout production. • Support teammates with research, brainstorming, testing, and other content-related tasks. • Learn and apply SEO, YouTube best practices, storytelling techniques, and AI-powered workflows. • Use AI tools to improve research, writing, and content production efficiency. • Continuously develop your skills and progressively take ownership of complete video projects. • Deliver 1–2 high-quality scripts per week as your confidence and experience grow.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, and creating educational content
- Curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn new skills.
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and turning complex ideas into simple explanations.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube, SEO, or content marketing.

Role Description Clariyu Inc. is looking for a Narrative Designer and Writer to help build the characters, world, and story at the heart of our games. We make cute, cozy, character-driven games on Roblox, inspired by titles like Animal Crossing and Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Our first title, Let's Go Camping, is a social camping game built around a cast of unique NPCs with distinct personalities, interconnected relationships, and a friendship system that evolves through player interaction. The writing is the soul of this game, and we need someone who can make every character feel genuinely worth getting to know. This is a long-term role, not a one-off contract. You would be shaping the narrative voice of the studio across multiple titles, not just writing dialogue for one project and moving on. • Research, write, and revise scripts for animated educational videos that communicate evidence-based information related to trauma, PTSD, effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions. • Translate scientific literature, clinical protocols, and technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging scripts using plain language principles appropriate for public audiences. • Develop storylines, dialogue, narration, scene descriptions, and visual cues that effectively communicate educational content while maintaining audience engagement. • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), clinicians, project managers, Government stakeholders, and production teams to ensure scripts accurately reflect current clinical evidence and approved treatment guidance. • Ensure all scripts maintain a serious, compassionate, and hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement while avoiding stigmatizing or triggering language. • Develop scripts that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and inclusive of diverse populations and experiences. • Incorporate Government feedback and stakeholder comments throughout multiple review and approval cycles. • Coordinate with storyboard artists, animators, voice talent, and production staff to ensure scripts support effective visual storytelling and animation production. • Ensure scripts are appropriately structured for animation timing, pacing, narration, and visual transitions. • Prepare supporting documentation, script revisions, production notes, and version control records as required. • Ensure written products comply with applicable Federal plain language guidance, accessibility standards, and project-specific quality requirements. • Support educational outreach initiatives by developing content suitable for digital media, public awareness campaigns, and other communication platforms as directed.
