AC Lion

Title: Paid Social Growth Manager Location: New York, United States Job Description: Paid Social Growth Manager Remote (U.S.) | East Coast Preferred AC Lion is partnering with an innovative, high-growth women’s health company to hire a Paid Social Growth Manager who will fully own and scale paid acquisition across social platforms. This is not a “manage the campaigns” role. This is a build, scale, and dominate role. Our client is a data-driven, experimentation-obsessed brand operating in the DTC/telehealth space, led by a performance-focused growth executive. The Paid Social Growth Manager will be one of the most critical hires on the team, working directly alongside the VP of Growth to scale spend from ~$1M/month and beyond. If you’ve built paid social engines inside fast-scaling startups and know how to turn structured testing into serious revenue growth — this one’s for you. About the Company Founded by a leading women’s health specialist, our client has helped thousands of women reclaim their health through innovative, science-backed prescription treatments. The business is rooted in experimentation, analytics, and customer-centric thinking — and is scaling quickly. This is a remote-first, performance-driven culture where impact matters more than titles. The Opportunity The Paid Social Growth Manager will fully own the paid social channel — strategy, structure, creative testing, optimization, and performance scaling. You will: - Own all paid social acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram first) and other platforms (TikTok, AppLovin, etc.) - Manage and scale budgets of $1M+/month - Build and optimize best-in-class account structures - Partner closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve funnels and performance - Lead the paid social testing roadmap and experimentation strategy - Stay hands-on-keyboard — launching campaigns, optimizing in-platform, and reviewing performance daily - Drive revenue and customer acquisition targets in a high-growth environment This is a small but mighty team. You’ll work directly with an expert VP of Growth and be the dedicated owner of paid social. High visibility. High impact. High accountability. What We’re Looking For - 2–3+ years actively managing large-scale paid social accounts ($100K+/month minimum; experience at $1M+/month strongly preferred) - Direct-to-consumer experience required (eCommerce, telehealth, supplements, or similar ideal) - Proven experience scaling paid platforms from early-stage startup to meaningful revenue growth - Deep Meta/Facebook expertise (TikTok and other performance platforms a plus) - Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in attribution, tracking, A/B testing, and campaign reporting - Experience working in fast-paced startup environments - Comfortable operating independently and owning a channel end-to-end - Creative and performance-minded — able to collaborate on ad concepts based on data insights Why This Role Stands Out - Full ownership of a high-impact growth channel - Significant budget responsibility and ability to scale aggressively - Direct partnership with executive leadership - Equity opportunity in a scaling company - Remote flexibility (East Coast preferred) Comp: $140-$170k base If you’re a paid social “builder” who thrives in performance-driven environments and wants to scale something meaningful in the women’s health space, we’d love to connect.
