The Program Manager 2 will be responsible for managing a subset of programs within the F-35 Fleet Readiness & Sustainment Operating Unit (FR&S OU) through all phases of program life cycle: - Proposal development - Negotiation - Startup - Execution - Completion (contract closeout) The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. Role Description CIMT College is looking for someone to teach the Personal Support Worker bridging program. This program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The successful candidate would be required to follow CIMT College’s policies and procedures. Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field. CIMT College places a premium on professional conduct, combined with excellence in classroom instruction, with primary emphasis on hands-on training. Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9:30am to 2:30pm - Online.
