Contract Analyst

Role Description Seeking a Contract Analyst to support contract drafting, negotiation, budgeting, and administration activities within a medical device and clinical research environment. - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements - Support contract lifecycle activities from development through execution - Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) and support budgeting activities - Coordinate with legal, clinical, reimbursement, and cross-functional teams - Track contract status, timelines, and deliverables - Review contract redlines and provide recommendations - Maintain contract documentation, records, and reporting - Support outsourcing proposals, supplier agreements, and vendor management - Assist with project coordination and smaller contract-related initiatives - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Critical thinking and analytical abilities - Understanding of legal terminology and contract language - Budgeting and finance fundamentals - Time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in matrixed/cross-functional environments - Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Requirements - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of contract or negotiation experience OR - Advanced degree (Master's/JD) with 2+ years of related experience - Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and administration required - Clinical/vendor contract experience preferred - Cross-functional collaboration experience preferred Preferred Skills - Clinical research or medical device industry experience - Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practices) - Vendor and clinical agreement management experience - Project management experience - Customer-facing experience - Bilingual skills (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) preferred - JD or advanced degree is a plus
