This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Arlington, VA office near Washington D.C. As part of our FP&A team, you'll support the financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting that help leadership make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, multi-unit business. Role Description This is a pro-bono volunteer position. Under the direction of organization leadership, the Head of Finance will: - Plan, organize, direct and manage financial activities including budgeting, cash flow, expense reimbursement, matching gift management, and corporate/local sponsorship. - Advise volunteers and organization leadership on finance-related issues. - Develop, coordinate and implement financial policies and procedures across the organization.
