• Develop, execute, and maintain functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance test plans. • Create detailed test scripts, test scenarios, and supporting test data based on documented business and technical requirements. • Execute manual and automated testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution while working closely with development teams. • Validate system functionality against approved business requirements, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Support Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT) activities to ensure applications are fully validated before production deployment. • Participate in Integrated Design Reviews (IDR), Functional Readiness Reviews (FRR), deployment readiness reviews, and production validation activities. • Maintain testing documentation, defect logs, traceability records, and quality metrics supporting program governance. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Test Case Designers, engineers, and project managers to continuously improve testing processes and software quality. • Recommend improvements to testing strategies, automation opportunities, and quality assurance processes that strengthen overall program performance.

• Own end-to-end test automation for our Blazor WebAssembly front end, including UI and functional test suites (e.g., Playwright) • Build and maintain API test coverage for our .NET Core back-end APIs, Azure Function apps, and dedicated authentication service — integration, contract, and regression testing • Establish mobile test automation for our .NET MAUI mobile application across iOS and Android • Leverage Claude Enterprise to generate, refactor, and maintain test scripts efficiently, and help define best practices for AI-assisted testing on the team • Integrate testing into CI/CD so automated suites run on every build and release, with clear pass/fail signals and actionable failure reporting • Track and report quality metrics — escaped defects, coverage, flaky test rates — and use them to drive improvement • Partner with developers to make testability a first-class concern in design and code review, and to reproduce, isolate, and verify bug fixes • Perform targeted exploratory testing where automation isn't the right tool, especially for new features and edge cases

Role Description Seeking a qualified QA candidate to become part of Webservices testing team and participate in the testing activities from user dev stories to deployment. - You will be responsible for overall quality of the product and the process involved to plan/groom the in-depth functionalities of the product. - You will analyze requirements, review software design, and conduct Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, optimize Test Automation and Regression Test Suites, and Release Certification. - You will develop common Test Classes and Methods for reusability, handle test libraries and improve the Test Framework in Parasoft test suite using Jython/Python/Java. - You will drive work to execution through the end of each sprint. - You will work closely with other teams, Product Owners, Dev Engineers, Ops, DBA and Scrum Master to enable the team to deliver to production and provide support. - You will help predict/estimate realistic amount of efforts to Test the software application. - You will publish Release Notes and Release Regression Plans after discussions within immediate team, and across dependent testing teams, and have it reviewed by both the development as well as dependent teams. - You will support Production Cases for their respective team during emergency and critical cases. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in SDET. - Deep Understanding of Testing lifecycle, Test Design methodologies, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking. - Experience in Webservices API automation testing using Jython/Python/Java and preferably using Parasoft SOAtest. - Experience in webservices API manual testing using SOAPUI, Postman. - Thorough knowledge of Java webservices API testing, REST and SOAP. - Hands on experience in XML/JSON data formats. - Proficient in using SQL for test data setup and data validation. - Understanding of authentication mechanism in testing web-services. - Experience in Karate scripting (optional).
