Role Description ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. Our teams' objective is to provide the accurate resolution to all the sellers and fulfillment centres. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers accurately in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities - Provide timely resolution to issues by researching, querying internal tools, and making real-time decisions. - Understand requirements, analyze data, and notice trends to drive seller experience without compromising on time. - Conduct assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. - Facilitate flow of information, report progress, identify blockers, and provide resolutions throughout the investigation life cycle. - Insist on high standards by effectively deep diving to summarize findings and propose solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms. Qualifications - Graduation from a recognized university. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language. - Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues. - Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution. - Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently. - Deep diving skills and research mindset to perform investigation. - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
