Role Description This Outside Sales Manager role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth by identifying product expansion opportunities, delivering impactful product training, and developing commercial solutions that strengthen customer partnerships and increase sales performance. The role works closely with manufacturers and internal sales teams to ensure seamless account management and exceptional customer satisfaction, while building long-term relationships that support sustained business success and market growth. Qualifications - Sales experience within the electrical utility industry, whether from a manufacturer, distributor, electric utility, or a manufacturer’s representative firm. - Understanding of electric grid infrastructure and how utility components support the broader system. - Meaningful technical exposure that allows navigation of engineering and operational discussions. - Structured, disciplined, and capable of independently managing multiple manufacturers and 10+ customer accounts simultaneously. - Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build strong, lasting professional relationships.
