What you will do: - Support the review and analysis of customer contracts to identify, generate, or modify Project Planning Inputs that are translated into Customer Deliverables. - Assist in creating, supporting, and executing planning activities throughout the project life cycle to promote Ericsson's business and deliver the value promised to the customer. - Contribute to the generation of accurate project status reports, ensuring proper version control of related documentation. - Utilize data-driven methodologies to monitor project progress, prepare timely reports, and suggest improvements related to project finance and delivery progress. The skills you bring: - Automation mindset, with interest in optimizing workflows and reporting. - Process Management and strong attention to detail for process compliance. - Program/Project Finance Management basics and interest in learning more. - Data Analytics capabilities to interpret project performance data and KPIs. - Communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholders. - Presentation skills to prepare and deliver clear status updates. - Curiosity and openness to work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in project reporting and analysis. - Advanced English (oral and written), able to read documentation and communicate with global teams. - Degree in progress in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of telecommunications networks and basic networking concepts. - Practical skills in Python for data manipulation, automation scripts, or simple analytics. - Experience using Power BI (or similar tools) to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports. This hands-on role is an individual contributor who leads and manages very complex, typically cross-functional projects in Rimini Street. In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership team, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across groups, functions, and geographies to drive projects to completion, on-time, on-budget, and with quality.
