Role Description Stellar Solutions is seeking a Parts, Materials and Processes Engineer to support our Civil, Commercial, Defense and/or Intelligence Customers as part of a highly talented, highly motivated and high-performing team. As part of the technical team, you will support exciting new and existing programs which involve design, development, test, and deployment of complex space systems. As a subject matter expert on Parts, Materials and Processes, you will contribute to architectural and mission success of space systems that will be utilized by a variety of government and commercial stakeholders. - Recommend Electrical/ Electronic/ Electromechanical (EEE) parts and materials required for Space environmental effects. - Generate required programmatic analyses, such as radiation, power, mass, EMC, reliability/FMEA, and DFMAT analyses to optimize the product design. - Recommend material selection and configuration/process improvements to address product reliability/quality/lifecycle survivability improvements. - Coordinate and characterize material and process qualifications of piece parts, assemblies, processes, and materials to meet customer/program requirements. - Generate and execute test plans, identifies and categorizes failures, determines root cause and documents results and recommendations. - Prepare Engineering Reports, Qualification Reports and Product Design Review Documents and make effective presentations. - Utilize knowledge of electronics and/or environmental test to support programs from design analysis and verification test plan definition through manufacturing implementation and final test and delivery to customer. - Coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers. - Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, thus US Citizenship is required. Qualifications - Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science. - 5+ years of experience in EEE parts selection. - 5+ years of experience leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis. - 5+ years of experience analyzing and presenting technical data (oral or written). - 5+ years of experience in DPA and reliability/failure/contamination analyses (part, unit, system) and test. Requirements - 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 10 or more years of experience in Mission Assurance. Benefits - The typical pay range for this position is USD $100,000 - $175,000 per year. - Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package). Role Description - Responsible for overseeing all activities related to the installation, maintenance, coordination, and management of the infrastructure. - Perform installation activities including operation, maintenance, and sustaining engineering related to cable trays, copper, coax, fiber, and associated elements. - Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA/EIA standards and uphold industry best practices. - Provide infrastructure maintenance and clean-up for all Telecommunications Rooms at designated locations. - Conduct on-site surveys, develop maintenance plans, and ensure adherence to standards. - Use Government-approved ticketing system to track and provide completion status for all installs, surveys, moves, adds, and changes. - Perform QA before equipment/installation is released for customer connectivity. - Maintain detailed configuration "as-built" drawings supporting survey findings. - Provide support to break-fix support personnel for emergency and non-emergency incidents and ensure timely restoration. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in the field of network engineering or a related area. - CompTIA Security + CE certification. - Computing Environment Certification (one of the following): - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance. • Create new designs in targeted customers, through key product positioning and supplier strategy implementation • Convert these designs to generate increased sales at good profitability due to supplier design registration program protection • Develop technical product, application and supplier strategies working closely with Regional Sales teams to define specific target customers • Work closely with Outside Sales teams and the strategic suppliers, jointly visiting customers to execute the design-in of focus products into end customer applications • Drive customer visit activity to engineering alone as required • Evaluate new potential customers and support customer design locations that may ultimately procure products from TTI in other locations • Ensure the allocated Outside Salesperson is informed of design strategy and project updates • Monitor the activities to the defined plans using the Customer Account Manager tool (CAM) and Opportunity Management System (OMS) reports • Meet regularly with the local Branch Product Managers and General Managers/Outside Sales Managers to review the progress of the branch to OMS targets • Proactively review all OMS activity in their area of responsibility for new projects that could have opportunities for their products to be designed-in • Maintain project information in CAM and update key activity and next actions required to convert associated projects • Update the sales teams on new products and relevant total solution applications together with other TDE’s and in conjunction with strategic suppliers where required • Conduct regular product trainings with suppliers locally one-on-one and/or at suitable distribution events • Employ commercial/business acumen to prioritize key projects and ensure working with correct customers to maximize project design conversion leading to increased sales revenue • Identify potential design opportunities / leads for key NPI products and evaluate new potential customers to develop alone and then in conjunction with outside sales team.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. - Eight or more years of professional software engineering experience. - Proven track record of leading complex, cross-team engineering initiatives. - Deep expertise in at least one of distributed systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale data systems. - Strong programming skills in at least one major backend language. - Excellent system-design and architecture skills. - Demonstrated mentorship and technical leadership of senior engineers. - Strong understanding of operational excellence, reliability, and observability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Track record of influencing engineering culture and standards. Preferred Qualifications - Experience driving multi-year platform modernization initiatives. - Public technical contributions (talks, papers, OSS) in relevant areas. - Hands-on experience operating large-scale production systems. - Exposure to building engineering organizations as well as platforms. - Familiarity with FinOps and cost-aware engineering practices.
