Role Description This position can be located anywhere within the United States near a Ramboll office. As a Project Engineer in our APC Group you will be managing your own projects – and supporting the projects led by other departments. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Role Description RELEX Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer to join our Plan Migration Technical Delivery team within Customer Operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving technical change delivery for RELEX customers — owning the execution of system migrations, integrations, and configuration changes that keep customer environments stable, accurate, and future-ready. You will be part of a team focused on delivering what RELEX builds to our customers, ensuring readiness for adoption and managing a coherent customer experience across the full product suite. Join us as a Technical Delivery Engineer, and this is some of what you’ll be doing: - Lead or contribute to end-to-end technical delivery of RELEX Plan migrations, including data migration, system configuration, integration setup, and cutover activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout migration lifecycles, from staging through production. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration runbooks, and delivery standards that scale across engagements. - Contribute to continuous improvement of migration tooling, processes, and delivery frameworks. • Tier 2 SDEs support and manage the entire domain and understand all aspects of that process. • T2 SDEs are responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to MITS customers and peers. • The T2 SDE collaborates with other IT professionals in a remote Contact Center while supporting a variety of customer IT environments. • Tasks include end user support, analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware or software solutions, license tracking, asset management, support and maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.

• Manage, operate, and maintain vulnerability-management infrastructure capable of performing credentialed scans across approved client-managed systems, devices, and applications. • Perform host-based, network-based, application, and database vulnerability scanning and deliver actionable remediation guidance. • Analyze scan results and network architecture to identify the highest-risk vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation steps. • Conduct specialized assessments for High Value Assets (HVAs) and other designated systems, ensuring reports meet HVA requirements. • Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of vulnerability-management projects within client's Information Security Project Dashboard. • Alert technical points of contact to risks posed by vulnerabilities, missing assets, configuration errors, and unauthorized software or hardware. • Escalate critical vulnerabilities within 24 hours and track remediation to closure in accordance with applicable federal, department, and agency policy and contractual remediation timelines. • Monitor the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) Catalog and other authoritative sources to support timely remediation and compliance with applicable Binding Operational Directives. • Coordinate with program areas and system owners to prioritize mitigation steps, including end-user mitigation activities when needed. • Provide risk analysis for identified vulnerabilities and system change requests. • Drive findings to verified closure through ticketed workflows, coordinating with the separate technical teams that perform system patching, and validate remediation through authenticated re-scans with recorded evidence. • Maintain regular communication with client and department stakeholders to support collaboration, process improvement, tool tuning, information sharing, and compromise response. • Monitor government and private-sector vulnerability sources to identify emerging risks that may affect client-managed systems. • Contribute to vulnerability management reporting and ad hoc compliance deliverables supporting department, DHS, and FISMA requirements.
