Billing Analyst

Role Description The Billing Analyst works with the Billings Team and Project Managers to ensure completeness and accuracy of billings for the company’s long-term customer contracts. Key Accountabilities - Reconcile invoices sent to customers with monthly work effort trackers maintained by Project Managers to ensure all delivered work is billed in a timely fashion. - Compare amounts billed to accrued revenue for large global pharma customers and follow up with Project Managers to resolve any discrepancies. - Assist with the study closeout process by reconciling revenue and billings to ensure all invoices are issued, payments are collected, and all billable costs have been accurately captured and invoiced. - Identify and resolve discrepancies for consideration prior to final closeout. - Prepare and provide billing-related audit confirmations for sponsors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. - Assist with requests for reconciliation of billing history reports. - Manage billings and collections for assigned accounts and act as back-up for other members of the Billings Team. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of financial analysis experience. - Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in analyzing data. - Experience using NetSuite is an asset. - Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in work delivered. - Meets deadlines and commitments. - Customer and quality focused. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Role Description The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms and resolving e-billing issues for the law firm's e-billed clients.
