• Serve as the senior finance partner to the Chief Business Officer, Chief Product Officer, and commercial leadership team, providing financial guidance on growth priorities, product economics, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution. • Lead commercial transformation initiatives across pricing, forecasting, deal governance, performance visibility, and financial accountability to improve commercial rigor and support scalable growth. • Partner across the broader finance organization to ensure commercial insights, assumptions, and business drivers are reflected in consolidated forecasting, planning, and executive decision support. • Lead complex financial and operational modeling across revenue streams, customer segments, product lines, cost structures, and growth scenarios to support investment decisions, resource allocation, pricing strategy, margin expansion, and forecasting. • Lead the commercial enablement agenda through pipeline and sales forecasting, top-client renewal analytics, product line profitability, customer and product churn and migration analysis, and performance insights.

• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems. • Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments. • Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best-fit solutions. • Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow. • Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best-practice ERP solutions.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, financial forecasts, and resource plans throughout the program lifecycle. • Monitor program expenditures, burn rates, and labor utilization to ensure projects remain within approved budgets. • Prepare recurring financial reports, executive dashboards, and performance metrics supporting Program Management Office (PMO) leadership. • Analyze cost, schedule, and resource variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions. • Support Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) planning, financial reporting, and project forecasting activities. • Partner with Project Managers and technical leads to improve financial visibility, resource allocation, and program planning. • Assist with earned value management (EVM) reporting and other project financial management activities, when applicable. • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit-ready reporting artifacts. • Support monthly program reviews, executive briefings, and customer financial reporting requirements. • Recommend process improvements that strengthen financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and overall program efficiency.
