Finance & Accounting Associate
HeadQuarters
• Support daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, cash/payment applications, and journal entries • Assist with AP & AR processes, aging reports, data entry, documentation, and month-end close activities • Deliver accurate, complete work on time while meeting quality standards and SLAs • Maintain low error rates and ensure minimal need for supervisor corrections • Build client trust through reliable support and contribute ideas to improve workflows • Collaborate with team leads and peers in meetings, check-ins, and shared projects • Develop technical expertise in accounting fundamentals, AP/AR processes, Excel, and ERP systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks.) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Interest in process improvement and automation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced English level
