Junior Support Developer

• Develop automations for the Support/Operations team • Ensure uptime of support servers, maintaining the area’s critical automations • Identify operational gaps and resolve them with automations • Represent the Support team in technical projects with other departments • Support the implementation of AI, bots and automations in customer service • Create reports for internal clients
Job Requirements
- Analytical profile, with the ability to turn problems into solutions
- Proactive and a sense of ownership in problem resolution
- Good communication skills to work with different departments and stakeholders
- Strategic vision, understanding the entire operation
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
- Advanced experience developing applications with Python
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with AI and relevant terms (LLMs, function calling, RAG, fine-tuning and vector databases)
- Familiarity with orchestrators for automation development
- Knowledge of Help Desk systems (Zendesk or Zoho Desk), with a focus on automation integration
- Intermediate knowledge of web programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus
- Practical experience with AI applied to support operations (NLP models, ticket analysis, automatic classification, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with advanced orchestration using tools like n8n, Airflow or Zapier is a plus
- Prior work in high-availability (HA) environments, focused on uptime and reliability of critical automations, is a plus
- Basic knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices, including CI/CD, monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of information security as applied to automations, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive data
- Intermediate to advanced English
