Principal Developer, TeamcenterX
MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC.
• Own the technical architecture for Teamcenter X customizations, integrations, and extensions across server-side, AWC, and integration layers • Lead the design, development, and unit-testing of Teamcenter X server-side customizations • Lead migration from Aras to Teamcenter X • Set technical standards, lead architectural decisions, and ensure supportability and validation • Architect and review Teamcenter X codeful BMIDE extensions • Drive Active Workspace Client (AWC) customization strategy • Define workflow handler patterns and EPM handlers supporting engineering change • Architect integrations between Teamcenter X and downstream/upstream systems • Establish standards for technical design specifications and validation-supporting documentation • Own the configuration management strategy for Teamcenter customization assets • Serve as the escalation point for technical issues on production Teamcenter incidents • Mentor senior and junior developers and lead technical reviews
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter development experience
- 5+ years on AWC customization
- Extensive codeful BMIDE customization experience
- Extensive experience leading Active Workspace Client (AWC) customization
- Experience setting technical standards and mentoring senior engineers
- Experience operating in regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 9001)
- Siemens Teamcenter X certifications (ITK, BMIDE, AWC) preferred

Your Impact As a backend Technical Leader in Connected Devices Platform you will: - Create code across our backend estate touching high volume streaming, responsive backend-for-frontend APIs, scalable domain services, transactional and analytical databases and more. - Ensure the resilience and robustness of our platform to keep our customers having a great experience. - Design technical solutions for new product offerings and evolutions of our existing architecture. - Evolve our development and operational processes so we can keep getting faster, more reliable and with even higher quality. - Help your teammates evolve their skills and practice through practical mentoring and knowledge sharing.
