Role Description PeopleCare Health Services is looking for an energetic, organized, positive, and people-focused Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to help great caregivers move from application to ready-to-work status. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and keeping a fast-moving hiring process on track, this could be a great fit. - Recruit, screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates - Coordinate offers, background checks, documents, training, orientation, and start dates - Follow up with candidates and resolve onboarding delays - Keep hiring managers and internal teams updated on candidate progress - Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and shared tools - Support recruiting events, referral sources, and urgent hiring needs - Create a positive, professional candidate and new-hire experience - Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices follow company requirements Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple candidates, deadlines, and priorities - A results-driven, customer-focused mindset - Confidence handling sensitive conversations professionally - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems - Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team Requirements - This non-exempt position is a remote role. - Reliable internet, consistent availability, professionalism, and confidentiality are required. - Regional or statewide travel of up to 50% may be needed for recruiting events, orientations, training, and business needs. - Some evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call work may also be required.
