Shopify Growth Project Manager

Role Description This is not a paid media role. This is not a traditional lifecycle marketing role. The primary focus of this position is owning CRO strategy, Shopify site optimization, A/B testing programs, and managing website development projects from concept to implementation. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities. - Prioritize testing roadmaps and manage cross-functional teams. - Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, average order value, customer experience, and revenue. - Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure Shopify enhancements are strategically prioritized, properly executed, and continuously optimized. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Shopify growth, CRO, or digital optimization roles. - Proven experience owning conversion rate optimization initiatives for Shopify stores. - Experience managing Shopify site enhancement and development projects. - Strong understanding of UX, customer journey optimization, conversion psychology, and merchandising. - Experience designing and managing A/B testing programs. - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. - Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with designers and developers to execute website improvements.
