Role Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Life Sciences, Marketing, and/or Commerce, and possess strong consulting and/or agency experience. As a Digital Marketing Advisor, your role will involve providing strategic analytics-driven digital strategy consulting to our clients. This will enable them to create innovative customer experiences and enhance their digital marketing effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to lead strategy development, provide functional insights, and influence our client's digital agenda through your expertise in digital marketing, marketing operating models, and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic consulting services to clients, utilizing analytics-driven insights and expertise in digital marketing. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and target audience in order to develop effective digital marketing strategies. - Lead the development and implementation of marketing operating models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational efficiency. - Architect value and operating model architecture to influence and shape the digital agenda of our clients. - Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative solutions to clients. - Evaluate and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technology teams, to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications). - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Life Sciences industry. - Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, marketing operating models, and digital analytics. - Proven experience in consulting and/or agency environments, with a track record of delivering successful digital marketing projects. - In-depth knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. - Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign performance. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and drive change. - Note: Please include any relevant certifications or additional skills that support your qualifications for this role in your application.

Role Description Experienced in implementing, operating, tuning, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Server infrastructure. The role requires depth knowledge in several of the following technology areas: - Strong understanding and experience with Windows Server Operating systems. - Strong understanding and experience with Windows Clustering services. - Strong understanding and experience with Hyper-V Virtualization. - Strong understanding and experience with WSUS (Win Software Update Services). - Strong understanding and experience with SCOM monitoring solutions. - Active Directory Domain Services. - Active Directory replication and performance skills. - Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience. - Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery. - Group Policies implementation, design, and troubleshooting. - Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment. - Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc. - Experience of TCP/IP Network, Network Management, firewall management skills.
