Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, economics, or social science preferred). - 7+ years of hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative primary market research. - Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or a similar survey platform. - Analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect insights to business and product decisions. - Experience using AI and related tools to improve operational efficiency and the quality of research output. Requirements - Use AI tools to accelerate data synthesis, qualitative coding, and theme detection across large volumes of customer and market inputs. - Use AI to improve the clarity and efficiency of research deliverables and stakeholder-ready narratives. Benefits - Total Rewards: In addition to a great compensation package, paid time off, and paid parental leave, many Avalara employees are eligible for bonuses. - Health & Wellness: Benefits vary by location but generally include private medical, life, and disability insurance. - Inclusive culture and diversity: Avalara strongly supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to integrating them into our business practices and our organizational culture.
