Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing (relevant experience considered)
- 0-2 years of work experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)
- Self-motivated, with a passion for technology and working in hybrid environments
- Strong communicator who thrives in both team settings and independent work
- Interested in sustainability and excited by the opportunity to make a real-world impact
- Able to travel up to 40% for client meetings and networking opportunities
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic

• Make approximately 150 outbound calls each day • Respond to new inbound leads within minutes whenever possible • Qualify prospective clients using our proven process • Schedule high-quality appointments for our advisors • Follow up with prospects who need additional touchpoints • Rebook missed appointments and nurture warm opportunities • Maintain accurate notes and activity inside HubSpot CRM • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals • Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
