• Coordinate life insurance applications from submission through final policy delivery • Gather and organize client information needed for successful carrier submission • Submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers • Coordinate medical exams, labs, APS requests, and underwriting requirements • Communicate proactively with clients regarding outstanding requirements • Follow up consistently with carriers to keep cases moving efficiently • Help coaches prepare clients for underwriting expectations and next steps • Coordinate policy delivery and funding logistics • Assist with onboarding clients into our systems and community after policy placement • Serve as a trusted guide and point of contact for clients throughout the underwriting process • Translate carrier communication into clear, professional, client-friendly messaging • Maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring presence during underwriting challenges • Provide timely updates and proactive communication to both clients and coaches • Assist existing policyholders with service-related requests • Coordinate carrier service forms and policy changes when needed • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates • Track tasks, workflows, and follow-ups inside company systems • Collaborate closely with coaches and operations leadership

Present our program as the solution for their needs and goals. 5. Consistently close deals on the first or second call (30min). What will you be selling? You will be selling our PIOS (Passive Income Operating System) Accelerator into our world class coaching & training program that provides top tier financial planning to allow its users to set up the right next step (& future next steps) to achieve legit financial freedom. Who will you be selling to? You won't be tied to digging up calls from random data bases, & certainly won't be talking to random folks who clicked an ad on Facebook. Rather, many of all of your calls will be inbound, pre-booked & many highly nurtured from email marketing & partnership referral sources. & most of your calls you will be setting from a warm & engaged email list (did we mention we have a community of 4.000+ & a podcast with more than 1,000,000 downloads?!). I.e. 2+ years direct sales experience ideally door to door; phone sales; solar sales; credit card processing sales; online training program sales, SaaS sales, etc. You genuinely love listening and uncovering financial pain points You love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value You LOVE making offers, closing deals, and know how to navigate the “I need to think about it” You are hungry to earn uncapped commissions You take ownership for your results You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities You are are an extremely hard worker who doesn’t “show up” and “hope someone signs up” but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to close deals You love transactional selling and don’t feel the need to be “friends” with prospects. • Manage daily transaction coding and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities • Owns the monthly close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules • Maintain clean, audit-ready books • Run payroll across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency • Maintain payroll setup, updates, and compliance documentation • Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC preparation • Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related questions • Collect and validate life insurance commission data from multiple carriers • Prepare accurate commission and affiliate payment reports • Process debt fund investor payments accurately and on time • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all payments • Document, maintain, and improve SOPs across accounting, payroll, commissions, and investor payments • Reduce leadership involvement through clean systems and proactive execution
