Irrigation Landscape Technician
Nouria
• Perform irrigation duties including testing and adjusting irrigation systems • Proficient in landscape irrigation systems • Installation of required material for landscaping / irrigation • Ability to safely cut grounds using hand, power or riding mower • Assist with loading and unloading work trucks/trailers • Move and install soil, mulch, and plant materials • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including skid steers, back hoes, and chainsaws • Perform landscaping duties including planting trees and shrubs, excavation, grading, irrigation systems • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices
- Irrigation systems
- Clean Driving record
- 1 – 2-year experience

• Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit. • Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc. • Repair chips and other glass damage. • Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done. • Process payments from mobile customers. • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. • Provide World Class customer service to our valued customers and vendors.

• Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting of reported telephony issues • Working with the customers on MACD updates and changes • Working with internal house wiring connections, POTS lines, and other PBX integrations • Assisting the client with troubleshooting and repairs of a multitude of issues that may arise • Provides technical phone support for employees of corporate customers in a Cisco Systems based calling environment • Administers the day-to-day operations of support • Manages escalation procedures and ensure service levels are maintained • Oversees the work of vendors or maintenance staff to ensure that all reported issues are resolved or properly triaged • Utilizes trouble-ticket system to keep detailed transactional records of communication, problems, action taken, and mitigation or resolution updates • Performs project related tasks assigned by Project Manager • Tracks and monitors all assigned outstanding issues
• Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and testing the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus used by firefighting personnel • Conduct periodic service calls at Fire Departments • Perform routine inspections and functional checks of SCBA and SCBA-related equipment • Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on SCBA equipment • Conduct tests on SCBA units to verify that they meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and industry standards • Maintain detailed records of inspection, maintenance, and repair activities • Calibrate and adjust SCBA equipment for accurate readings • Train end-users and personnel on the proper use, care, and maintenance of SCBA equipment • Manage spare parts and replacement components inventory • Stay current with safety regulations and industry standards for SCBA equipment • Interact with customers and end-users to address concerns and assist with equipment-related issues
