Talent Acquisition Partner – Temporary

Marathon Health

• Identify and attract healthcare professionals to join Marathon Health • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs • Source candidates through various channels • Conduct initial assessments and facilitate the interview & hiring process • Develop and utilize innovative and effective recruiting strategies • Research candidate pool and identify sourcing possibilities • Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions • Evaluate candidate strengths compared with job requirements • Ensure completion of all pre-employment processes and examining background records • Extend employment offers with thorough understanding of terms and conditions of employment • Stay current on all governmental regulations, mandates, and Marathon policies on hiring practices • Prepare recruiting metrics and other reporting as required • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field plus a minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles, regulations and licensing/certifications to ensure candidates meet necessary qualifications
  • PHR or Healthcare Recruiter certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated self-confidence, ability to influence others and effective skills in interacting with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
