Job Description

Manager, Estimating and Pricing

• Prepare and deliver completed TINA cost volumes to the proposal team in a deadline-driven, high visibility environment while maintaining the highest level of compliance • Selected individual will be responsible for reviewing Basis of Estimates for accuracy and compliance • Provide interactive support to the Contracts and Program Management Team during customer price negotiations • Support proposal development in compliance with all Collins procedures and Government regulations • Partner with Contracts, Production Control, Program Management and Cost Estimating Teams to develop detailed cost and price analysis for proposal development • Support all government requests and audits and be able to communicate effectively with the DCMA and DCAA organizations • Ensure compliance with government regulations, Collins internal regulations and Collins pricing guidelines • Develop, maintain and periodically audit compliance processes for direct and indirect government proposals • Lead strategies for customer proposed profit levels and overall standard pricing ground rules • Strategically partner with the Proposal Management Group to implement process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Proposal Pricing and/or Compliance Auditing experience
  • Experience in Military Pricing and/or US Government contract clauses (FAR, DFAR, TINA, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)

Role Description As a Pricing and Business Analyst supporting Sav-Rx, you will be responsible for driving business growth through RFP re-pricing and financial modeling for prospective and existing clients. You translate complex prescription claims into actionable insights, identify cost-saving opportunities through trend analysis, and perform various ad-hoc analysis critical to the success of the company. Your role is essential in proving the fiscal value of the Sav-Rx PBM model to employers, unions, and other commercial clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Re-price prospective client claims data against Sav-Rx’s pricing engines to demonstrate potential savings. - Create, maintain, and automate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as drug spend, adherence rates, formulary compliance, and rebate performance. Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data in clear, visually compelling formats for internal stakeholders and clients. - Collaborate with sales and account teams to prepare data-driven responses for RFPs. Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, benchmark data, and client-specific metrics to support proposal development and ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and compliant. - Respond to requests for custom analyses, including trend identification, scenario modeling, and impact assessments. Examples may include evaluating the effects of drug pricing changes, regulatory updates, or market shifts on client portfolios. - Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from internal systems (e.g., claims databases, CRM tools) and external sources. Ensure data integrity, compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, and alignment with PBM best practices. - Work closely with sales, account management, finance, clinical, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making. - Stay updated on PBM industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications - BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas. - Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare, or managed care experience highly preferred. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. - Good working knowledge of MS Word/Outlook, BI tools, as well as relational databases. - Must be highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented. - Strong communication and decision-making skills. - Ability to work on multiple complex assignments simultaneously. - Ability to analyze data using Excel, BI tools or SQL.
