Role Description Revive Media is looking for a self-motivated Account Associate to join our team. As an Account Associate, you are passionate about learning the media landscape, understanding the business drivers that improve performance, and the range of features on Amazon’s DSP that enable them. You play a key role on the account team, ensuring the team always exceeds its standards of delivering excellence to its customers. You possess strong attention to detail, and will stop at nothing to leave no stone unturned; you have an eye for process and improvement while always seeking efficiency; you have excellent time management skills and like to take immediate action when tasks come through. You are an independent self-starter who can successfully work remotely and find accomplishment by helping others. This is an internal role that is responsible for providing critical day-to-day support to Revive's Optimization Managers who service Revive's fast-growing list of clients. The Account Associate will have the opportunity to learn from and grow with a dynamic, hard-working, and tight-knit team. Responsibilities - Become an Amazon DSP expert - Facilitate and execute tasks involved with digital campaign management such as: - Media planning, campaign setup, and ad trafficking - Quality assurance and troubleshooting - Monitoring client performance and delivery - Reporting and analytics - Billing and budgeting - Support the development of campaign media plans that meet client objectives - Support client & agency relationships, assisting in overall health of accounts - Analyze and interpret data for action utilizing multiple systems - Work with Revive to develop processes to scale services - Work closely with management to accomplish companywide goals - Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance - Providing excellent customer service for partners, agencies, and internal business teams Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or comparable experience - Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment - Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who can consistently strive to exceed expectations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to legally work in the United States Requirements - Strong interest in the Digital Media/Advertising space - 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing - Understanding of digital media ad serving, technology, and associated terminology - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills - Previous account management in digital advertising - Adept at solving problems that span business and technology - The ability to influence process improvements that scale broadly, while inventing and simplifying within existing processes Benefits - Fully remote - always! - Comprehensive healthcare including medical, vision & dental benefits covered at 100% for employees and 50% for dependents - Health and Dependent Daycare FSA options - Free One Medical and Virtual Health Memberships - Generous monthly remote working stipends - Flexible PTO, take what you need, when you need - Supportive Parental Leave Policy - 401(k) options - Company paid and supplemental life insurance - Voluntary short-term and long-term disability - Monthly free day to use as you’d like - Coffee or Tea Subscription

• Carry a full individual quota on named accounts within the West territory. • Run personal outbound/inbound qualification motion; source, advance, and close opportunities end-to-end. • Maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage against quota; keep MEDDPICC current on every active deal. • Negotiate agreements and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to a signed deal. • Build and maintain a healthy, accurately staged pipeline against quarterly quota. • Submit a weekly forecast with commit/upside/downside discipline. • Maintain HubSpot hygiene on all opportunities (stage, next step, close date, MEDDPICC fields). • Apply the MEDDPICC framework to every qualified opportunity. • Build and own account plans for top accounts in the territory; multi-thread within key accounts. • Partner with the Regional Sales Director on territory and account tiering (T1/T2/T3). • Provide Marketing with feedback on ICP, messaging, and content gaps based on field conversations. • Partner with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and POC execution. • Represent CIQ at regional industry events and customer engagements as needed.
