Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in CRM, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related discipline, including significant hands-on ownership of HubSpot in a complex business environment. - Deep HubSpot expertise, including administration and optimization of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, with experience building workflows, reporting, segmentation, automation, and integrations. - Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with Power BI, CRM reporting, customer journey analysis, and translating data into business recommendations. - Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders, establishing best practices, driving adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor on CRM strategy and operations. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, plus experience supporting e-commerce, digital customer journeys, or integrated marketing and sales technology ecosystems.
