• Participate actively in the training process for new market instructors, promoting technical and methodological alignment; • Prepare instructional materials under the guidance of the technical and pedagogical team, such as exercise booklets, presentations (PPT), and others; • Develop evaluation questionnaires under guidance, aligned with the content delivered; • Create manuals and user guides written in accessible language and focused on the target audience's experience; • Prepare and organize data and scenarios in training environments, ensuring an appropriate simulation of the system's functionalities; • Deliver training to end users, ensuring comprehension and practical application of the content; • Serve as a support point after training, providing ongoing guidance and assisted follow-up to reinforce learning.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and teaching skills;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or currently in the final semester of a Law degree;
- Previous experience in user training or user development;
- Knowledge of instructional materials is an advantage;
- Availability to travel.
