Role Description The Revenue Integrity Analyst supports the Revenue Integrity Department and is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of entity charge masters, revenue usage reporting, and charge capture processes. This role partners closely with Hospital Service Lines and Revenue Cycle departments to ensure accurate maintenance, reporting, and operational support within the Epic Hospital Billing system. - Analyze charge master data - Monitor revenue utilization - Support charging workflows to promote compliance, consistency, and reimbursement optimization - Assist with financial analyses detailing gross and net revenue impacts - Ensure standardized charging methodologies, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and maximum reimbursement opportunities The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and charging practices.
