• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Translate operational needs into functional specifications and solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and ensure accuracy of business and technical requirements • Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests and projects • Coordinate delivery across teams, including QA, development, and releases • Own release of features and functions, including coordinating QA and UAT testing as well as coordinating release with other applicable tools and teams • Ensure solutions meet requirements through QA, UAT, and validation • Monitor system performance and resolve issues impacting quality control processes • Own subject matter expertise across systems and processes • Establish and maintain standards, documentation, and process governance • Drive issue resolution, solution validation, and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Corporate travel experience with direct exposure to Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting: Concur Compleat, iQCX, AQUA, etc
- Sabre Scribe or Sabre Red Apps
- Amadeus Smart Scripts/ Smart Flows/ Quality Monitor
- Proven hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus), including knowledge of industry practices and corporate travel standards
- Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively setting and managing expectations with internal and external partners
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
