Performance and Growth Analyst — Mid-level

• Define strategy by objective (awareness, consideration, lead generation, MQL, SQL, pipeline and revenue attribution). • Build channel plans (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display/Programmatic), allocate budget by funnel stage and define test hypotheses. • Create briefs for the agency (or in‑house team) with goals, ICP target, messaging, assets, timeline and SLAs. • Ensure tagging (UTMs), campaign naming and tracking parameters are consistent. • Design and maintain automation flows (nurture, post‑conversion, re‑engagement, enterprise ICP nurture). • Manage database hygiene, segmentation and deduplication; ensure LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) compliance. • Operate scoring/lead grading aligned with MQL criteria → SLA with Sales (Pipedrive) and site/WordPress integration. • Run A/B tests and multivariate tests (creatives, offers, audiences, bids, landing pages, forms). • Conduct incrementality tests when applicable (geo tests, holdouts). • Maintain an experiments backlog with ICE prioritization (Impact, Confidence, Ease) and a biweekly cadence. • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio) with views by channel, campaign and funnel (Lead→MQL→SQL→Sale). • Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and MQL→SQL conversion rate. • Investigate drops and variations: traffic quality, offer/CTA, creative, landing page, sales response time, seasonality. • Co‑create high‑conversion pages and forms with Communications (UX writing, digital accessibility, performance). • Map funnel frictions and propose improvements (content, social proof, offers, chat, lead magnet, webhook, web‑to‑lead). • Maintain naming standards, UTMs, metrics dictionary and QA of events in GA4/GTM. • Weekly results ritual and strategic Marketing Reports (MRs) for leadership with actionable insights. • Monthly close by goals/OKRs and recommendations for the quarter. • Liaise with Comms/Content on offers, creatives and the editorial calendar with a performance focus. • Partner with Sales/SDR on SLA for speed/quality and ICP feedback. • Interface with Product/CS on activation, upsell and advocacy levers. • Light asynchronous daily check (pacing & anomalies). • Weekly meeting with agency/internal team for optimization. • Biweekly review of the experiments backlog (ICE prioritization). • Strategic Marketing Reports monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual (insights, learnings, plans). • Quarterly Business Review with leadership (OKRs, budget, growth roadmap).
Job Requirements
- Experience managing paid media with a focus on B2B/B2B2C demand generation.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation (preferably RD Station).
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, event configuration and integrations.
- Knowledge of attribution (data‑driven when available, comparative models) and basic understanding of incrementality.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, charts) and Looker Studio.
- Clear writing for executive reports and briefings.
