Senior Application Developer

Quantiphi

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Develop backend services using Python and serverless AWS technologies. • Design and implement AWS Lambda functions to support application business logic. • Develop and orchestrate workflows using AWS Step Functions. • Design, develop, and maintain Amazon AppSync GraphQL schemas and resolvers. • Implement and enhance multi-tenancy logic across application services. • Build reusable, scalable, and responsive frontend components. • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services. • Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews. • Debug production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Follow coding standards, security best practices, and cloud-native development principles. • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js
  • Strong proficiency in React.js
  • Experience with Redux (or equivalent state management libraries)
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience with Python web frameworks such as: FastAPI, Flask, Django
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Hands-on experience developing serverless applications using AWS services including: AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon AppSync, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Amazon S3, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS Glue (Python Shell)
  • Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Experience working with AWS Amplify Gen 2 (or willingness to quickly adapt)
  • Understanding of Next.js + AWS CDK based application architecture
  • Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices
  • Experience implementing multi-tenant application logic
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to enhance existing applications while developing new features.
