Compliance Analyst
TD SYNNEX
• Conduct risk-based integrity and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence reviews • Collect, review and analyze information from public records and data sources • Document due diligence findings and recommendations for management review • Support enhanced due diligence, investigations and remediation efforts • Assist with the maintenance of third-party risk records • Partner with business stakeholders for onboarding and compliance requirements • Support the administration of screening tools and compliance systems • Generate and analyze operational metrics and reports • Develop procedures, training materials and knowledge resources • Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, or a related field
- Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
