Compliance Analyst

TD SYNNEX

• Conduct risk-based integrity and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence reviews • Collect, review and analyze information from public records and data sources • Document due diligence findings and recommendations for management review • Support enhanced due diligence, investigations and remediation efforts • Assist with the maintenance of third-party risk records • Partner with business stakeholders for onboarding and compliance requirements • Support the administration of screening tools and compliance systems • Generate and analyze operational metrics and reports • Develop procedures, training materials and knowledge resources • Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, or a related field
  • Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
