• The Senior Builder Sales Manager leads and develops a small team of builder-channel Sales Reps, while also managing a strategic portfolio of builder accounts. • You will be accountable for achieving regional revenue, margin and mix targets across single-family, multi-family and rehab segments. • You will drive builder-facing strategy, align with cross-functional partners (SCM, credit/AR, logistics, showroom/display, marketing) and ensure our builder delivery experience supports LG’s “Life’s Good” brand promise. • Coach, mentor and hold accountable up to 4 Sales Representatives to achieve their quota, KPIs (mix %, job-site delivery accuracy, direct vs distributor split, # quotes, # awarded quotes) and development goals. • Lead weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, territory strategy sessions and performance reviews. • Develop and execute a team growth plan including recruiting/selection, onboarding and career pathing for high-potential builders. • Foster a high-performance culture: accountability, data-driven decision-making, collaboration with internal partners, continuous improvement. • Own a portfolio of strategic builder accounts (e.g., top-tier homebuilders, custom/luxury, rehab contractors) with full P&L responsibility: revenue, margin, mix, growth rate. • Develop and execute go-to-market account plans: target volume, SKU mix, builder program adoption, display/showroom strategy. • Lead executive-level builder engagements: onsite visits, VIP dinners, leadership briefings, builder advisory councils. • Collaborate with internal functions (SCM, logistics, credit, AR, marketing) to optimize builder experience: joint forecasting, job-site delivery accuracy, display roll-out, showroom qualification. • Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation of LG Pro Builder value-proposition (dedicated service, builder-specific programs, network advantages).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, ideally in the builder/contractor/production-home or major appliances channel; at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales professionals.
  • Strong builder channel knowledge: production homebuilders, custom builders, rehab/apartment turnover programs.
  • Proven track record of managing/acquiring builder accounts, achieving revenue/margin targets and growing SKU mix.
  • Prior experience leading and developing a small sales team.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels: able to influence builder C-suite, internal functional leadership and sales reps.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset: able to interpret data, define territory strategy, optimize channel splits, drive mix thresholds and delivery accuracy.

Job Description As a Territory Manager supporting our Fiberon business, an industry leader in composite decking and outdoor living products, you will help grow our business by building strong, lasting relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, and other channel partners throughout South Carolina. With the majority of business concentrated along the state's coastal markets, you'll identify opportunities to expand our presence while delivering solutions that help customers grow their businesses. Working closely with your Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional partners, you'll leverage your local market knowledge and industry relationships to strengthen customer partnerships, identify new opportunities, and position Fiberon as the preferred composite decking solution throughout the territory. This role is ideal for someone with a background and knowledge of 2 step distribution and building materials who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, and provide consultative solutions while representing one of the industry's most recognized outdoor living brands. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD.
