Regional Finance Manager

• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with AGCO Finance's business objectives. • Identify, pursue, and close financing opportunities with dealers and end-user customers. • Expand market penetration by developing new dealer relationships and growing existing accounts. • Promote AGCO Finance products and programs to increase loan and lease volume while improving profitability. • Become the trusted financing partner for AGCO dealers throughout the territory. • Strengthen relationships with key dealer principals, sales teams, and major customers. • Provide product expertise, training, and financing support to dealer organizations. • Introduce new products and financing solutions that help dealers increase equipment sales. • Structure complex financing transactions involving multiple stakeholders and unique customer requirements. • Develop competitive financing proposals consistent with pricing and risk guidelines. • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience. • Identify opportunities to improve dealer program performance and customer satisfaction. • Create and execute strategic dealer account plans. • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. • Maintain regular in-person engagement with dealers and customers across the territory. • Travel extensively throughout Western Canada to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, equipment finance, leasing, commercial lending, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of financing and lease products and markets.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
