Role Description Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. ¿Te apasiona el desarrollo en Shopify, te gusta resolver desafíos técnicos y quieres ser la pieza clave en la web de marcas de ecommerce que venden de verdad? Esta oferta es para ti. Buscamos un perfil técnico de alto nivel, con criterio propio de conversión, para construir y optimizar las tiendas Shopify de nuestros clientes. No es un puesto de "programador al que le pasan tickets": aquí vas a ser el responsable técnico y de conversión de todo el parque de tiendas, trabajando codo con codo con los socios fundadores. Objetivo del puesto: construir y optimizar tiendas Shopify que vendan más, combinando desarrollo técnico de primer nivel con criterio de conversión, UX y estética. - Desarrollar secciones y funcionalidades a medida sobre los temas de cada marca (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Construir todo 100% editable desde el editor nativo de Shopify, para que el equipo del cliente pueda cambiar textos, imágenes y colores sin tocar código. - Configurar metacampos y metaobjetos para mostrar contenido dinámico según producto. - Crear plantillas de producto alternativas y montar landing pages para lanzamientos y campañas. - Integrar herramientas externas (email marketing, suscripciones, reseñas) de forma que encajen visualmente en cada diseño. - Optimizar velocidad de carga y Core Web Vitals, con foco especial en móvil. - Auditar con criterio propio páginas clave (home, producto, colección, carrito) y proponer mejoras sin que te las pidan. - Montar y ejecutar tests A/B, interpretar resultados y aplicar las versiones ganadoras. - Adaptar las webs a campañas estacionales (Black Friday, Navidad, Reyes...) y a cambios de estrategia de cada marca. - Apoyar al CEO en propuestas comerciales: analizar webs de marcas potenciales y proponer su arquitectura ideal. - Documentar cada entrega con una mini-guía de edición y vigilar la salud de las tiendas tras cada actualización. - Trabajar con sistemas internos de IA (Claude, Cursor) como multiplicador de tu propio criterio técnico. Qualifications - Mínimo 3 años de experiencia real desarrollando sobre Shopify con código propio (no gestionando tiendas ni montando con page builders). - Dominio avanzado de Shopify a nivel desarrollador: Liquid, editor de temas, metacampos y metaobjetos. - Dominio avanzado de HTML, CSS y JavaScript vanilla, con enfoque mobile-first y rendimiento web. - Portfolio verificable: al menos 3 tiendas Shopify reales (con tráfico y facturación) donde puedas explicar exactamente qué hiciste tú. - Nivel avanzado en herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo (Claude, Cursor o similares), con criterio para revisar y corregir lo que generan. - Excelente comunicación, autonomía real y honestidad directa: aquí se dice lo que se piensa, con respeto. Requirements - Valorable: experiencia con marcas españolas o europeas y su calendario comercial. - Valorable: experiencia aplicando CRO: tests A/B, optimización de páginas de producto. - Valorable: procedencia de agencia de ecommerce/Shopify o equipo interno de marca DTC.
