Role Description As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have already expressed interest in learning more about Wealth Without Wall Street. These aren't cold calls. Our prospects have requested information and are expecting to hear from our team. Your role is to quickly connect with them, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our advisors. Success comes from consistency, urgency, and a genuine desire to help people take the next step toward financial freedom. What You'll Do - Make approximately 150 outbound calls each day - Respond to new inbound leads within minutes whenever possible - Qualify prospective clients using our proven process - Schedule high-quality appointments for our advisors - Follow up with prospects who need additional touchpoints - Rebook missed appointments and nurture warm opportunities - Maintain accurate notes and activity inside HubSpot CRM - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals - Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting - Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls - Excellent communication and listening skills - Strong work ethic and personal accountability - Positive attitude and willingness to apply coaching - Organized with strong follow-up habits - Experience using CRM software (HubSpot is a plus) - Reliable internet connection and professional home office - Experience in high-ticket sales, inside sales, solar, insurance, home services, or business development is a plus What Success Looks Like - Consistently achieve daily dialing goals - Respond quickly to new opportunities - Schedule qualified appointments - Apply coaching immediately - Stay disciplined with follow-up - Take ownership of their results Benefits - Fully remote work environment - Warm, qualified inbound leads - Comprehensive onboarding and training - Ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders - Supportive, growth-focused culture - Clear career advancement opportunities - Performance-based compensation with significant earning potential - Join an established company that's been helping clients since 2015 Our Hiring Process - Application: Complete our formal application and answer all 15 questions. Compensation - $2,000 monthly base pay - Approximately $300 commission for each closed sale resulting from your appointments - Typical on-target earnings of $6,000–$8,000 per month - Growth opportunities as your skills and performance develop - Actual earnings depend on individual performance

This Outside Sales Representative will cover the territory listed above for OEM. This position is home based (remote) with consistent overnight travel. - Manage a significant customer base in an established sales territory. - Strategic account management includes cultivating relationships in multifaceted vertical organizations and devising tailored growth plans. - Business Development: New business prospecting. Qualifications - 3-5 years of related work in industrial sales. - BS or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field OR equivalent experience. - 50% Overnight Travel. - Experience selling electrical motors, electrical motor repair parts, magnet wire, electrical insulation, or complementary products preferred. - Technical knowledge regarding electrical products and their applications. - Knowledge of the Transformer market would be a plus.
